This site is operated by Broadhurst Digital Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. I take a plain, honest approach to privacy: I collect as little as possible, and I only use what you give me to reply to you.
What I collect
If you email me or book a call, I receive the details you send — typically your name, email address, company and whatever you tell me about your project. That's it. If a contact form is added to this site, it is a HubSpot form and the information you submit is stored in my HubSpot CRM so I can respond and keep a record of our conversation.
Analytics & cookies
This site uses Google Tag Manager and HubSpot tracking (portal 6699550) to understand how it's used and to see which enquiries came from where. If you book a call or submit a form, that also goes to HubSpot, which I use as my CRM to manage the enquiry and follow up with you. None of this is sold on or used for third-party advertising.
How I use your information
Only to respond to your enquiry, deliver work you've engaged me for, understand how the site is used, and keep sensible business records. I do not sell your data, and I do not share it except with the tools I use to run the business — principally HubSpot, which acts as my CRM, email provider and forms/scheduling processor, on my instructions.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how it is used. To exercise any of these, or if you have a question about your data, email me at martin@broadhurst.digital and I'll deal with it promptly.
Retention
I keep enquiry and client records for as long as there is a legitimate business or legal reason to, and no longer. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
