Executive briefing
A half-day literacy session for leadership: capabilities, risks, and where to move first. Built for people who have to make the call, not operate the tool.
AI Training · HubSpot Breeze
Structured, practical training for organisations that have access to HubSpot’s AI capabilities but are not yet sure how to use them productively, confidently and safely.
This is team training, not portal consultancy: people learn what Breeze can and cannot do, practise relevant use cases and leave with a clearer way to apply it in everyday HubSpot work.
Curriculum
The exact feature set is confirmed against your portal before delivery. The curriculum stays grounded in roles, processes, judgement and safe adoption rather than a brittle feature tour.
My sessions are built on a four-competency spine rather than a walk through a product's feature list — because prompting is only about a quarter of the skill, and feature tours do not survive contact with a Monday morning.
Those four competencies will be familiar if you have read the open AI Fluency framework published by Anthropic with Prof. Rick Dakan and Prof. Joseph Feller — I reference it because it is good, public research and it matches what I see in the room. The curriculum, exercises and materials on the day are my own, and the spine is deliberately vendor-neutral: I teach the CIM's Level 6 AI module, and what changes between platform days is the tooling underneath, not the teaching.
A practical view of HubSpot’s AI capabilities, their limits and where human judgement remains essential. Product access varies by subscription, permissions and rollout, so the session starts with what is actually available in your portal.
Use the available assistance to prepare for conversations, work with CRM context, draft follow-up and reduce low-value administration without losing oversight.
Apply Breeze to research, audience thinking, content and campaign work while keeping sources, brand judgement and approval with the team.
Explore appropriate ways to support response preparation, knowledge work and customer context, with clear escalation and review.
Learn how Breeze Assistant fits into everyday work and how the agents available through Agent Hub differ from a general-purpose chat tool.
Move from isolated prompts to repeatable use within the sales, marketing and service processes your team already follows.
Understand why useful output depends on trustworthy CRM data, appropriate access and clear rules about review, privacy and accountability.
Evaluate what deserves a place in daily work, what needs more evidence and what can be left alone for now.
The day itself
A typical full day combines shared understanding, role-specific examples, hands-on practice and a realistic adoption plan.
Formats & pricing
Real numbers, not “contact us for a quote”. Prices are per session, exclusive of VAT, and cover a normal-sized team — the instant quote gives you your exact figure in about a minute.
From £1,250
A half-day literacy session for leadership: capabilities, risks, and where to move first. Built for people who have to make the call, not operate the tool.
From £2,500
Morning fundamentals, afternoon hands-on with your real work — your documents, your processes, your sanitised data. People leave using it.
Monthly retainer
Adoption help, agent building and office hours after the training lands. The part that turns a good day into a changed habit.
Training helps people use Breeze. If the portal, agents or governance need assessment and configuration, that is a separate consultancy engagement.
Questions
No. The session is structured around what your people need to do, the AI capabilities available in your portal and the processes where they may be useful. It also covers limits, judgement and governance.
The session can cover Breeze Assistant, relevant embedded AI features and the agents available through Agent Hub. Names, access and capabilities change quickly, so I confirm the current product position and your subscription before finalising the agenda.
Yes. Sales, marketing and service teams often need different examples, exercises and governance discussions. The training can be delivered as one shared session or role-specific workshops.
That is important to surface before wider adoption. Training explains how data quality and permissions affect useful and safe use. If the portal itself needs assessment or configuration, that sits within the separate AI in HubSpot consultancy service.
No. Breeze training and wider HubSpot user training can both be bought independently. I will review the relevant setup and audience before tailoring the session.
